EnCompass is the leading expert in disability access for the travel industry, providing training and consultancy to travel and tourism companies and organisations worldwide to help them comply with the law, and to make their trips and destinations accessible and inclusive. But we now need someone new to come on board, with sales and marketing expertise to help expand this business and rocket launch our consultancy and new online training up to its huge turnover potential...

This is not a job, this is an opportunity to part-own and run a proven business in partnership with the founder and director, multi award-winning entrepreneur, Elly Knight. We are NOT asking you for money, just your amazing skills and dedication in return for a set share of the profits. This is the first time we are offering a partnership rather than just a job and we are only offering ONE partnership. You can work online and by phone from anywhere, and can have completely flexible hours to fit around your needs. Disabled candidates, parents, digital nomads etc are very welcome! Initially this position will be based on commissions once products are launched and sold, but equity in the business will also be immediately transferred to the right person after a successful trial period.

(There are also opportunities for travel for those who wish to become a trainer / consultant too!)

 

We are looking for someone who loves sales and marketing, and is self motivated, confident and excited by the idea of owning part of a growing company that can revolutionise the travel industry. You must be committed to our ideals of improving accessibility and inclusivity in travel, and have the drive, enthusiasm, and sales and marketing expertise to help us make those changes. A background in travel industry management and/or disability expertise is preferred, but all candidates with strong corporate sales and marketing expertise are considered.
